Attention Lotus Notes 8 Users

Are you having difficulty viewing the images in the Wildlife Disease News Digest email notification since the Lotus Notes 8 upgrade? If so, follow the steps below to have images automatically load when you open your email:

1. At the Inbox screen, click on File (upper left corner) and then go down to click on Preferences.
2. On the Preferences screen click on the + sign next to Mail to view the submenu and click on Internet.
3. Under the heading Image Security uncheck the box that says Do not show remote images without my permission.
4. Click on OK and save the changes.
